Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Getlink. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Getlink allows users to create public career profiles, share portfolios, and add links. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, harmful, or abusive content on Getlink. You strictly agree that you will not post, upload, or publish content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, vulgar, or offensive.
• Promotes discrimination, racism, hatred, harassment, bullying, or violence against any individual or group.
• Involves impersonation of any person, brand, or entity with intent to deceive or defraud.
• Contains malicious code, viruses, phishing links, malware, or unsolicited spam.
• Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.

Getlink offers an optional Getlink Pro auto-renewable subscription providing access to all 16 designer templates, custom subdomains (yourname.getlink.cv), multi-workspace management, and white-label branding removal:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the original purchase price.
• Managing Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to the user's Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Restoring Purchases: You can restore previously purchased subscriptions on any authorized device using the “Restore Purchases” button in the Getlink mobile app settings.

Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all text, images, resume items, and portfolio projects that you create and upload to Getlink. By publishing content on Getlink, you grant Getlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, render, and display your public profile across our network and search indexes.

Getlink IP: All templates, designs, software code, UI interfaces, logos, and trademarks associated with Getlink are the exclusive intellectual property of Getlink.cv and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may terminate your account at any time directly within the mobile app (Settings → Account → Delete Account Permanently). We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or publish objectionable content, with or without prior notice.

GETLINK IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE AT ALL TIMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETLINK.CV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate competent courts.
