• Account & Auth Information: Your email address and encrypted authentication credentials managed securely via Supabase Auth.
• Profile & Career Content: Full name, headline, bio, location, contact links, employment experience, educational background, skills, certifications, and projects.
• User-Uploaded Media: Profile avatar images, portfolio screenshots, case study covers, and PDF documents uploaded to our encrypted storage buckets.
• Subscription & Transaction Metadata: Store receipt tokens, purchase identifiers, and subscription active periods processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. (Note: We never process or store raw payment card numbers.)
• Usage & Telemetry Data: Aggregate, anonymized metrics such as public profile view counts and link click counts.

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To provide, host, and render your public identity profile at getlink.cv/yourname and your optional vanity subdomain yourname.getlink.cv.
• To generate downloadable, ATS-compliant Curriculum Vitae (CV) pages at getlink.cv/yourname/cv.
• To verify in-app purchases and unlock premium templates and workspace entitlements.
• To prevent fraud, impersonation, spam, and abuse across our public platform.

Information you enter in your profile and mark as published is publicly accessible to any visitor who accesses your Getlink URL. You have full granular control within the mobile app editor to publish, unpublish, modify, or conceal specific sections at any time. Private data (such as login email, authentication tokens, and billing transaction details) is strictly isolated and never exposed publicly.

We partner only with industry-leading infrastructure providers that maintain strict data security standards:

• Supabase (PostgreSQL & Auth): Secure database hosting, authentication, and encrypted object storage with kernel-level Row Level Security (RLS).
• Apple In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing: In-app subscription processing and store checkout.
• RevenueCat: Cryptographic server-side subscription verification and receipt validation.
• Vercel: Edge network hosting for high-speed public web page delivery.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party data brokers under any circumstances.

You have the permanent right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate instant, irreversible account deletion directly from the Getlink mobile app by navigating to:

Upon confirmation, all personal profile records, custom templates, uploaded avatars, portfolio assets, and authentication credentials are permanently purged from our databases and storage buckets. You may also request deletion by contacting us at privacy@getlink.cv or via our Account Deletion Portal.

Getlink is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child has been collected without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our servers.

We implement robust technical and organizational safeguards—including HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS), and principle of least privilege access controls—to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
